Bobby Hotel

The Bobby is a new 144-room hotel located in the heart of historic downtown Nashville, TN. Rock City Mechanical was selected as the mechanical contractor for the renovation to convert the existing nine-story building into a hotel.

The scope of the renovation included entirely new HVAC and plumbing systems. RCM installed chilled water vertical fan coil units along with a DOAS system and utilities to service a full kitchen and iconic rooftop bar area. RCM is proud to assist in creating a high-end modern hotel while maintaining the historic charm of the building.
