1030 Music Row

1030 Music Row is a new five-story 122,000-square-foot mass-timber framed office building located in Nashville, TN. The building also includes 4 levels of underground parking. Rock City Mechanical was contracted to perform the HVAC and Plumbing scope for the building. RCM installed an HVAC system, including a roof-mounted cooling tower, a condenser water pumping package, and 5 self-contained air handling units.

Air was distributed throughout the open-concept office spaces using exposed double-wall oval ductwork. Plumbing systems included domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage systems, and parking garage drainage systems.
