Sam Wehby is a Preconstruction Manager at Rock City Mechanical. Sam is involved in all aspects of the preconstruction process, ranging from initial budget development to contract execution. Sam is also responsible for managing design-assist projects with mechanical contract values up to $15M. Sam has been a member of the Rock City Mechanical Ownership group since 2022. Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
