USPI Northridge

USPI Northridge Surgery Center is a new 17,000-square-foot full-service surgery facility located in Hendersonville, TN. Rock City Mechanical was contracted to provide and install the entirety of the HVAC and plumbing systems on the project. RCM installed an HVAC system that included an air-cooled chiller, two chilled water rooftop units, and VAV boxes using heating hot water produced by two gas-fired boilers.

Additionally, RCM provided a complete plumbing scope of work, including an extensive operating room-grade medical gas system. This project carried the unique challenge of an aggressive schedule to meet the owner’s desired timeline. RCM successfully worked with the rest of the project team to complete the project within the schedule and maintain the exceptional quality the owner requested.
