TMC Behavioral Health Center

Trident Medical Behavioral Health is a one-story, 59,000-square-foot green field Behavioral Health Hospital in Charleston, SC. RCM was hired to install the HVAC and plumbing Systems.

The mechanical systems consisted of direct expansion rooftop units with variable volume air distribution with hot water heat. The Plumbing included sanitary, storm, domestic water, and medical gas systems. In addition to this project, Rock City Mechanical supports Trident Medical Center on multiple small projects and emergency service requests.
