Sinatra’s and Southern Turf

Rock City Mechanical was contracted as the main mechanical contractor to renovate a 4-story historic building in downtown Nashville, TN. This project included the build-out of the premier restaurant Sinatra Bar & Lounge, six luxury residential suites (The Southern Turf Lofts), and a high-end Southern Turf Club on the fourth floor.

RCM installed a VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) HVAC system and provided new plumbing systems to service the building. RCM successfully worked through the challenges associated with working in a historic building to help construct a beautifully renovated space.
