Phil Anderson is the Safety Director at Rock City Mechanical. He has been in the mechanical contracting industry since 1987, and a member of the Rock City Mechanical team since 1993. Phil brings a concise no-nonsense approach to safety and human resource issues. Phil is responsible for managing Rock City Mechanical’s safety program, coordinating Workers Compensation processes, developing and implementing jobsite safety inspections, and managing Rock City’s hiring practices. Phil also coordinates OSHA and First Aid training. Phil is an Authorized OSHA trainer.
